Hyresbostäder chooses Epsilon

Epsilon has signed a framework agreement with the municipal housing company Hyresbostäder i Norrköping AB. The assignment involves consulting services to integrate the technical equipment in residential buildings with the computerized control and monitoring systems of Hyresbostäder.

- It is of course nice to sign a framework agreement with Norrköping’s largest housing company, a brand new customer to Epsilon. If we are able to help improve the business of Hyresbostäder, it will create value for a lot of people, says Mats Boström, CEO of Epsilon.

Hyresbostäder i Norrköping is one of Sweden''s approximately 300 public housing companies. Public housing in Sweden comprises around 900,000 houses, of which Hyresbostäder i Norrköping is responsible for over 10,000.

- Since public housing is of great significance in Sweden, we find this mission very important. It means that Epsilon strengthens its position in this area, creating opportunities for additional assignments within the industry, says Mats Boström.

The framework agreement is valid for two years with the possibility to extend it for a maximum of two years. The assignment is to integrate the technical installations in residential buildings with the existing control and monitoring systems of Hyresbostäder. Different types of investigative tasks related to monitoring and control systems might also be considered. The assignment will be handled primarily by the Epsilon offices in Norrköping and Linköping.

- Epsilon has been selected as one of several providers. The framework agreement means that we have ensured that we have the right skills to develop and modernize the control and monitoring systems for our residential houses, says Frederica Tammaru, purchaser at Hyresbostäder.

Earlier this fall the merge of Epsilon with its industry colleague ÅF was announced, creating one of Northern Europe''s leading consultancy companies. Thus the assignment for Hyresbostäder i Norrköping will be carried out by the ÅF brand.
